WILMINGTON, N.C. – Charleston, SC-based commercial real estate developer, Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, has recently completed the development and sale of a new 4,088± SF 7-Eleven at 1133 New Pointe Boulevard, Leland, NC. The store was built by HJB Construction, Inc., also based in Charleston.
Twin Rivers Capital masterplanned the 4.76± acre Leland Corners into four parcels. Other retailers at the site include Cook Out and Take 5 Oil Change. A final 1.54± AC parcel remains available at Leland Corners, adjacent to a newly built Lowe’s Home Improvement.
