PROPERTY MANAGER
Twin Rivers Capital, LLC has an immediate opening in Charleston, South Carolina for an experienced, full-time Property Manager (PM). The Property Manager coordinates and executes related management duties for the inventory of TRC managed assets (which includes an array of office and retail [both single and multi-tenant] assets throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic) and reports directly to the Vice President of Asset and Property Management and President. This position is responsible for day-to-day Property Management including tenant communication and financial reporting including budgeting and expense reconciliation.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Twin Rivers Capital, LLC is an established, successful commercial real estate development and brokerage company based in Charleston, SC. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The Maintenance Technician oversees daily maintenance across TRC-managed assets, which include an array of office and retail properties (both single- and multi-tenant) throughout the Charleston, SC MSA. This role ensures the physical condition and functionality of the portfolio are well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple sites.
