LELAND, N.C. – Charleston, SC-based commercial real estate developer Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, recently completed the sale of a 1.54± acre parcel at Leland Corners in the greater Wilmington, North Carolina MSA to Panda Express.
The project, located on Leland’s main retail corridor, sits on a signalized outparcel to a newly built Lowe’s Home Improvement. Twin Rivers Capital master-planned the 4.76± acre Leland Corners into four parcels. Other retailers at the site include a 7-Eleven that Twin Rivers Capital developed, Cook Out and Take 5 Oil Change.
