Phil Rose with Twin Rivers Capital, LLC recently leased a space in Foxbank Plantation to Cinco de Mayo Mexican Restaurant. The 4,500 SF restaurant will occupy half of the retail strip center that is under construction and slated for completion in Q2 2019. The center is situated just off Hwy 52 on Foxbank Plantation Blvd., the entrance to Foxbank Plantation. Additional space (up to 4,500 SF) in the center is available for lease.
