HJB Construction, headquartered in Charleston, recently completed the construction/renovation of the Orvis store in downtown Charleston at 535 King St. The store celebrates its grand opening on Sunday, May 5. HJB’s sister company, Twin Rivers Capital, represented Orvis in the lease negotiations. President of HJB Construction, Jim Kilburn, said, “We enjoyed working with Orvis to make this downtown space fit their brand and we look forward to visiting as customers.”
