Ben Perrone, of Rainbow Row Real LLC, represented the tenant, North Charleston Commercial Kitchen, a food truck collective that includes The Pita Stroller, Lola’s Lumpia and JustFit Kitchen.

Other tenants at the property include Park Circle Orthodontics and The Dance Atelier. This lease brings the property to 100% occupancy.
