Olivia Pinto

Olivia graduated from College of Charleston with a double major in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Marketing, along with a minor in Finance. Since graduating, she has built her career in commercial property management, developing expertise in commercial operations, tenant communications, budgeting, and asset oversight.

Olivia earned her CPM® designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and is a member of both IREM and FORE. She is passionate about delivering exceptional property management service while building strong relationships within the Charleston real estate community.

As a Charleston native, outside of work Olivia enjoys exploring Charleston’s food scene, spending time on the boat, and attending country concerts.
