Hailing from sunny San Diego, California, Lindsey Klein attended Auburn University where she majored in finance with a specialization in real estate. During her time at Auburn, she proudly represented the university as an NCAA Division 1 athlete on the equestrian team, showcasing her dedication to both academic and athletic pursuits.
Prior to joining Twin Rivers Capital, Lindsey gained valuable industry experience through a financial analyst internship with SRS Commercial Real Estate in California. The opportunity provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the investment brokerage facet of the commercial real estate industry and a dynamic awareness of net lease financial modeling, laying a solid foundation for her professional growth. In her role as associate development manager with Twin Rivers Capital, Lindsey will work closely with the TRC team and national retailers to guide projects through site selection/acquisition, due diligence, underwritings, and development execution across the Southeastern United States.
Post-graduation, she relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, having found herself captivated by the city’s vibrant music and culinary scene during frequent college visits. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lindsey is an avid beach enthusiast, passionate pickleball player and loves visiting new and noteworthy Charleston restaurants.
