Kiki Logel

Kiki Logel is an Associate Development Manager for Twin Rivers Capital. In this role, Kiki will work closely with the TRC team and national retailers to guide projects through site selection/acquisition, due diligence, underwriting, and development execution across the Southeastern United States.

Prior to joining Twin Rivers Capital, Kiki spent two years working as an Operations Specialist for a homebuilder in Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina when she decided to pursue her Masters in Real Estate Development through Clemson University. During her time in the MRED program she gained valuable knowledge on market analysis, financial modeling, construction methods, due diligence, and development processes. She also had the opportunity to intern for a multifamily private equity development firm gaining valuable insight on asset management and investor distributions.

Outside of work, Kiki enjoys reading, spending time on the water with friends and family, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
