Twin Rivers Capital, LLC recently completed the development of an AutoZone store in Jacksonville, FL at 1286 Dunn Ave. The 7,381-SF store was built by HJB Construction (also headquartered in Charleston), who completed all site and building work through contracts with both TRC and AutoZone. TRC, who owns the property and ground leases to AutoZone, also owns a pad-ready site next to the AutoZone parcel which is available for ground lease, build-to-suit, or sale.
