Twin Rivers Capital, LLC recently completed the sale of a Dollar Tree store in Tallahassee, FL. The 10,000-SF store, located at 3706 N. Monroe St., was developed by TRC and built by HJB Construction, also headquartered in Charleston. Dollar Tree is a Fortune 200 Company which, combined with its subsidiary, Family Dollar, operates more than 15,000 stores nationwide, making it the largest dollar-store chain in the U.S. by store count.
