Professional Summary
Eric Aubry is an Associate Development Manager for Twin Rivers Capital. In this role, Eric works closely with the TRC team and national retailers to guide projects through site selection/acquisition, due diligence, underwriting, and development execution across the Southeastern United States.
Prior to Twin Rivers Capital, Eric worked with large corporations on site selection/acquisition, economic development incentives, and due diligence coordination at Rudolph Libbe Group in Toledo, Ohio.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, being on the water, and exploring all Charleston has to offer.
