Doug Horack

Doug’s role at TRC as Development Partner is to find and create real estate development opportunities for investment properties in the Southeast, while managing the development process including pre-development, construction and tenant negotiations.

Doug has over 40 years of experience in acquisition, development and financing of commercial real estate properties and is a licensed broker in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.

Outside of TRC, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and enjoying South Carolina’s beaches.
