Professional Summary
After earning her bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Coastal Carolina University, Ashley relocated to Charleston in 2016 to embark on a career in real estate. Her journey began with roles in leasing and management across various residential properties in the greater Charleston area, overseeing both annual and short-term rentals.
Subsequently, Ashley acquired her South Carolina real estate license and became an integral part of a high-performing brokerage team, responsible for managing all aspects of a robust team pipeline of contracts, documents, communications and deadlines from deal initiation to close.
She looks forward to bringing her expertise to the commercial real estate industry at property manager at Twin Rivers Capital.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, exploring Charleston’s food scene and spending time with her two dogs.
