Devin brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role as Property Manager at Twin Rivers Capital. He oversees the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, financially sound, and positioned for long-term success.
With a background spanning property management, asset management, construction management, and development, Devin is adept at balancing operational efficiency with strategic objectives. He is recognized for his ability to resolve complex challenges, streamline processes, and cultivate strong tenant relationships through responsiveness and trust.
Devin has earned a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and holds a degree in English Literature from Miami University. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, and after 12 years in Washington, DC, Devin relocated to Charleston in 2024.
