TWIN RIVERS CAPITAL ANNOUNCES RECENTLY COMPLETED PURCHASE OF 22± ACRES IN RICHMOND, VA MSA

GLEN ALLEN, V.A. – Charleston, SC-based commercial real estate developer, Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, has recently completed the purchase of 10300 Washington Highway, known as Stony Run Commons, in Glen Allen, Virginia (Hanover County). Joe Buhrman and Bill Barnett with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Twin Rivers Capital master planned the 22± acre Stony Run Commons development into eleven individual out-parcels with an estimated delivery date of April 2025. Two out-parcels remain available along with retail commitments from 7-Eleven, Bank of America, Panda Express, Aldi Grocery, Advance Auto Parts, Take 5 Oil Change, Christian Brothers Automotive, a 3 story self-storage facility and a 125-room Hyatt Studio hotel.

Stony Run Commons is located less than one mile away from the Virginia Center Commons sports/mixed-use village style redevelopment on Washington Hwy and recently approved HCA surgical center and future hospital on Sliding Hill Road. Other recent developments include the Bon Secours emergency/imaging center on Lakeridge Parkway, Wegmans distribution facility on Sliding Hill Road, Cardinal Commerce Center and other class A industrial facilities located along the thriving US 1 and Lakeridge Parkway corridor. The trade market is bustling with several housing developments, apartments and retail developments currently under construction.
