Lamberson, President

The TRC team is led by JJ Lamberson, TRC’s founder and President. JJ oversees all aspects of the development process. He routinely visits potential markets to assess site feasibility and supervises the development managers, real estate managers, brokers, and design and construction team for each project. Knowing each client’s goals and being knowledgeable of every deal every step of the way, JJ is able to engineer deals that meet each client’s unique criteria.

Joe Boyd, Senior Property and Asset Manager

With over 20 years of experience in property management, Joe has served as Property Manager for numerous lifestyle centers and super-regional malls, including properties held by Madison Marquette Realty Services, CBL Properties and The Jacobs Group.

Joe is responsible for all property and asset management and is also involved in property sales.

Jim Kilburn, VP Construction

Jim oversees the construction of all TRC projects. With over 20 years of construction experience, specializing in fast-track retail, Jim contributes to all TRC projects from the outset, optimizing our clients’ budgets and timelines.

Jim was employed with AutoZone for 16 years as a Construction Manager and holds construction licenses in SC and FL.

Lauren Collins, CCIM, Development Director

Lauren is responsible for all aspects of the development process from site selection through project disposition. She also oversees the deals of the Development Managers and Associate Development Managers, contributing to the direction and strategy of the company.

Lauren was an associate at CC&T Real Estate Services before joining Twin Rivers Capital.
