Professional Summary
Andrew Walker is an Associate Development Manager for Twin Rivers Capital. In this role, Andrew works closely with the TRC team and national retailers to guide projects through site selection/acquisition, due diligence, underwriting, and development execution across the Southeastern United States.
Before joining Twin Rivers Capital, Andrew spent three years as a Development Manager for Johnson Development Associates in Dallas, TX, and Tampa, FL. In that position, he oversaw due diligence, design, permitting, and construction processes for Class A industrial projects in Arizona, Nevada, and Florida.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing golf and spending time on the water with friends and family.
