Hank Futch |
Hank is a graduate of the College of Charleston, where he received a BA in Philosophy. He is in the process of completing the requirements necessary for recognition as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Hank also holds a South Carolina Real Estate License.
Hank’s most recent experience is with Avtex Commercial Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for installation of the infrastructure for The Market at Oakland. Some of his other responsibilities included overseeing the leasing of the 415,000 square foot retail development, as well as, coordination with local municipalities, onsite contractors, engineers and architects.
