Joseph Boyd, CSM/CMD has been named Property Manager with Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, a Real Estate Development and Investment Company specializing in retail projects throughout the Southeast. Joe is a graduate of Grove City College, where he received a BA in Marketing. He received his MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Joe is also a CMD (Certified Marketing Director), as well as, a CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager). Joe’s most recent experience is with Madison Marquette Realty Services where he was responsible for the overall operation of Mount Pleasant Towne Center. Joe has also worked with The Richard E. Jacobs Group where he was responsible for the management, marketing, operations, temporary leasing and security efforts of regional shopping malls, including The Citadel Mall.
