Eric Leineweber |
Eric Leineweber is a native of Atlanta, GA where he graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor in Business Administration focusing in Marketing and Sales Management.
Eric began his real estate career in 1991 working for the Atlanta based retail development firm Columbia Properties. Upon graduation from college Eric joined the development firm Maxwell Properties as a Leasing Associate where his duties included leasing company developed grocery anchored centers and fee managed properties. Eric has several years of experience in managing and leasing large centers and out parcel sales as well as tenant representation and redevelopment projects.
Presently Eric is involved in the day to day development aspects of single tenant and multi-tenant projects as well as the re-development of existing assets within the Southeast utilizing his extensive knowledge of the Southeastern markets and experience in site selection, contract negotiation, lease negotiations, zoning, design, and construction management. He holds a Georgia Real Estate License and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
