Jeffrey J. "JJ" Lamberson - President

JJ Lamberson |
JJ is a founding principal of Twin Rivers Capital, LLC. He is involved in all aspects of the company’s development and investment activities including overseeing site selection, contract and lease negotiation, due diligence, entitlement, design, financing including debt and equity markets, property and asset management and dispositions. He holds a South Carolina Real Estate License and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
JJ brought an extensive background in shopping center development and investments to TRC. He had over 10 years experience at a regional Real Estate Investment Banking firm, where, as the Chief Financial Officer, he participated in the financing, development and asset management of over 50 shopping centers in 8 states. These projects totaled over 3 million square feet and were valued at over $360 million. More recently, he was a partner in several grocery-anchored and lifestyle shopping centers throughout the Southeast. He also brings experience in office and multi-family properties in the areas of acquisition, development, financing and asset management.
As the past CFO and Board Member of a local non-profit firm that developed affordable housing, JJ participated in the creation of close to 400 affordable housing units in five area developments.
JJ graduated from Easley High School in Easley, SC. He also attended Clemson University and obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, in Charleston, SC. JJ enjoys boating, sports and traveling. He resides on James Island, SC and has a son, Baker.
