Joe Boyd, CSM/CMD, Senior Property Manager

Joe Boyd, CSM/CMD |
Joe is originally from Wheeling, West Virginia. He graduated from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Joe then attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Joe received the designations of Certified Shopping Center Manager in 1995 and Certified Marketing Director in 1997 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Prior to joining Twin Rivers Capital, Joe was involved with the management of regional and super-regional shopping centers and lifestyle centers ranging in size from 450,000 square feet to 1.2 million square feet. Most recently, Joe served as the General Manager of an upscale lifestyle center in Mount Pleasant, SC for Madison Marquette Realty Services.
Joe has over 16 years experience in the property management industry, and is currently the Senior Property Manager for Twin Rivers Capital, LLC. He is responsible for the property management and asset management of the company’s portfolio of properties. Joe obtained his South Carolina Real Estate License in 2007.
