Jim Kilburn, VP of Construction & Design

Jim Kilburn |
Jim is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Jim has 20 years of construction experience specializing in fast track retail.
Prior to joining Twin Rivers Capital in November of 2004, Jim was employed with AutoZone for 16 years as a Construction Manager. His construction experience spans the United States and Puerto Rico. In 2004, Jim passed the South Carolina General Contractors Exam and he now has his license in Florida.
As the Vice President of Construction & Design, Jim oversees all tasks related to the entitlement, design, budgeting, feasibility and construction of new projects.
