Erin Dunigan |
As Development Manager, Erin oversees the entire development process. Her responsibilities include site selection, trade area analysis, contract negotiation, project tracking, pre-development research and permitting of projects. Erin’s primary area of focus is in North Florida.
Erin, originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, graduated cum laude from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia where she obtained her BA in Communication. She has been with Twin Rivers Capital, LLC since 2005 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
