Lauren Scott Collins, Development Manager

Lauren Scott Collins |
As Development Manager, Lauren oversees the entire development process. Her responsibilities include site selection, trade area analysis, contract negotiation, project tracking, pre-development research and permitting of projects. Prior to joining Twin Rivers Capital, Lauren was an associate at CC&T Real Estate Services where she focused on the sales and leasing of retail, office, income producing properties, and residential project sales.
Lauren graduated cum laude from the University of Florida where she earned her BSBA in Finance. She is pursuing her CCIM designation and has completed all coursework requirements. Lauren holds a South Carolina Real Estate License. She is a member of the Charleston Young Professionals, CREW and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
